Setup, usage and add-ons

Setup fee

£297 standard.
£497 if your customer data needs cleaning or you have multiple locations. One-off, paid before we start building. Applies to all packages, including the free 14 days on Core.

Text messages & usage

Texts, phone numbers and AI usage are rebilled at cost + 25%. For most businesses this is a few pounds a month. It's itemised on your invoice.

Ads management (add-on)

Google and Meta ads managed for you. From £497 a month or 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher. Minimum £750 a month ad spend, paid by you directly to the platforms. Available on any package.

Terms

No minimum term and no contract. Every package is monthly rolling — cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Billed monthly in advance. All prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate.

Pricing questions

Before you ask

How do the free 14 days on Core work? ▼

You pay the one-off setup fee so we can build your system, then your first 14 days of Core are free. Billing starts at £297 a month on day 15. If you decide it's not for you before then, cancel and you owe nothing more.

Why should I start on Growth rather than Core? ▼

Because missed calls are usually the biggest leak. If you miss even one enquiry a month that would have become a job, Growth has paid for itself. Core is right if you genuinely answer every call or have someone in the office who does — and it's free to try for 14 days.

Can I move between packages? ▼

Yes, up or down, any time. Changes take effect from your next billing date.

Do I need a new phone number? ▼

Usually not. For Get the Call we set up call forwarding from your existing number, or use a branded sender name for texts. We'll explain the options on the call.

What if I don't have a customer list for Get Repeat? ▼

Then Full isn't the right package yet. Start on Growth — the system builds a consented list as customers come through — and add Get Repeat later.
