Do you guarantee a Google Maps position or a number of reviews? ▼
No, and anyone who does is guessing. Google decides rankings and customers decide whether to leave a review. What we control is doing the groundwork properly and asking every customer, every time. We report your visibility as a trend and your reviews, missed calls recovered and rebookings as real numbers.
Is the review and text messaging legal? ▼
Yes. Review requests go out after the job, to everyone, with no incentive and no filtering — that's Google's policy and we stick to it. Marketing texts only go to customers who have consented or who qualify under the UK's soft opt-in rules, every message includes a STOP option, and we audit your list before anything is sent.
What do I have to do? ▼
Book the call, then send us a logo, your Google review link and access to your Google Business Profile. If you take the Full package, a customer list too. After that, mark jobs as complete (or connect your job software) and read the monthly report. That's it.
What does it cost beyond the monthly fee? ▼
A one-off setup fee (£297, or £497 if your data is messy or you have several locations), and text-message usage rebilled at cost plus 25% — typically a few pounds a month. All prices exclude VAT. Ads management is an optional add-on with its own fee, and you pay ad spend directly to Google or Meta.
Is there a contract? ▼
No. Every package is monthly rolling and you can cancel any time before your next billing date. Core is free for the first 14 days, so you can see it working before you pay a monthly fee at all. We'd rather keep earning it than lock you in.
Who actually does the work? ▼
